They never ever refill the shampoo or conditioner or even the body wash they hard speak any English and they don't even know how bad there rooms are
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is the most disgusting place I've ever seen. There was a hole in our wall. The room smelled like dust and cigarette smoke. The AC didn't work and the room was super hot and stuffy and smelled horrible. It was dirty. And creepy and just gross. I took one look at this room and asked for my money back.
Took forever to check in since we could not understand each other. Finally checked in to our room, turned down the sheets, and immediately checked out. They were not clean to say the least. And no free breakfast as advertised if we would have stayed. At least they did not give me any problems when I asked to check out right away.
Dirty bathroom, dirty bed and stunk.
I was prepared for low quality based on the previous reviews, but I never expected it to be this bad. Everything was dirty, including the towels, and here was a BLOODY TAMPON behind the nightstand! I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this unsanitary and nasty place again!
