I have a broken hand. I was only told to put ice on it because there is no "acute fracture," however I do have a boxers fracture. I'm in so much pain and Bennett said she wouldn't give me anything for the pain. The wait was ridiculously long just to be told to put ice on it because the nurse practitioner said "I'm not giving out anything for the pain on a Friday afternoon." It's quite mind boggling. I tried to get in as early as possible and they didn't have anything available sooner. I will not go back again. Treated very poorly by Bennett.
Being type 1 diabetic, I got an infection and called in to get an appointment. Was told because our business office needs to talk with you we can’t give you an appointment, and being Saturday no one could assist. After a day of things getting worse I ended up in another ER because this clinic refused to see me. Usually found them helpful but because of this i had more issues than when I first called.
I have never had an issue with this clinic. The staff is friendly and professional, I've never had to wait very long in either the waiting room or exam room. I see Kristen Gilleo and absolutely love her. She takes time to listen and doesn't rush out of the room leaving me with questions.
When allergy shots you’ve been getting for 3 years there take 1.5 hours minimum instead of 40 or 50 minuets, it gets annoying. Hard to have a good experience when it’s different nurses every time and treating you childish.
Vibrant Clinic of River Falls is the best clinic I've ever been to. I have been to clinics and hospitals in Minneapolis, Madison, Detroit, Philadelphia, Marquette, etc. and I'm saying that this clinic is as good as it gets. I've found the staff to be professional, polite, and flexible. My doctor and his assistant are so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient when it comes to finding solutions for my health problems. They are are both active listeners as well as concise and informed speakers. I have been to this clinic for wide array of issues (hey guess what I'm 36 and an american, chronic health issues happen). I often tell my friends, family and clients about how top notch Vibrant is. I am grateful that a clinic with such a stellar staff is here in River Falls, WI.
