I would give it 5 stars but there have been a few orders that were incomplete or incorrect mostly due to being out of stock.. That being said, they have never failed to correct with no questions asked. They stand by the old adage,"the customer is always right." They are prompt and courteous and helpful. If they don't have the answer, they will find it. Orders placed are received practically the next day, no matter how large. Working with them has been a delight!
I have been ordering from SOS for over 4 years now and love the products as well as their customer service. Pam is my sales rep and goes above and beyond the call of duty! She's the best!! I love the All Nutrient hair color!! And what a great product for the price!! My orders always arrive promptly and without mistakes. Also the fact that they take product diversion seriously is wonderful (and isn't about time?!?!?) I deal almost exclusively with SOS for all my needs and will continue to do so HAPPILY!
