All the stylists are very nice, cordial, and professional.. I've been a patron for almost two years now - going once a month, every month - and I've never had a bad experience!
I used the app to check in. According to the app map, the expected wait was 48 minutes. So, I had time to drive in from a neighboring town and have something to eat before pulling into the parking lot.
Very capable stylists. Just need more of them. Seems to be the case at several locations in the area.
Terrible service and long wait times.
The long waits are not exclusive to this location. This is also the case in Hudson and Red Wing. Makes me wonder why it's hard for them to recruit and hire qualified stylists to work at Great Clips locations.

Supposedly, walk-ins are welcome. But I've often watched potential customers walk into different locations and walk right back out because the estimated wait was over an hour.

Some would say the app is the problem. However, I believe the problem is not hiring enough qualified stylists. There are always open chairs with no stylists to give us those expert results. And there's almost always a long wait time.
