You get what you pay for and I feel Reis is always looking out for me, even by shopping around and getting me the best rate possible. I would recommend everyone to have an agent like the Team at Reis Insurance instead of some automated company that is not there when you really need them!
Very helpful and personalized service. The advent of the internet and direct customer service by national insurance brands have put many traditional insurance agencies out of business. RIES is the welcome exception. Their agents offer a comprehensive range of insurance options and find value for their customers. Wonderful to work with!
My son and daughter in law referred me seven years ago.. I have had excellent service always available. The best rates also. Love the news letter. Actually I just referred someone there and she has an appt next week to discuss insurance. She was very impressed how kind the gal was who answered the phone!!!
