Very knowledgeable staff and was able to help pick out my appliances with ease and received a great deal on them. Would recommend to anyone!

I called him again only to be told two things. One...it wasn't their fault and they would do nothing about the damage to the floor, Two...that since it was now pasted the 30 day return policy that they would not issue me a return or refund. I then called into the Sears corporate 800 number, only to still be told that there was nothing they would do for me.

Please do not visit this store and do not give them your business. Customer satisfaction is not a priority, and I would not want you to have a similar frustrating experience.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I purchased a washer and dryer from this store and the manager Dan a couple months ago and paid for them to come out, install, and remove old units. After the new units were installed, there was water leak at or near the connection to the machines that wasn't there with my old units. The tech's who caused the leak, also came out and fixed it told me they would let the store manager know about the very slight damage to the floor and get back with me. Three weeks later, still no call, I called the manager asking him why he hadn't contacted me and he said his tech's told him it wasn't their fault. I informed him it was and that I needed him to take care of it, only to be told that he would talk to his "guys" and call me back. Another two weeks go by and no return call.

So Sears thinks it is ok for their store managers to string customers with issues along until the "return" policy has expired, so they do not have to return the units or take care of the customer. Extremely disappointed.
