Ron is absolutely awesome! Locked my keys in my car the other day and hesitantly called over (not wanting to pay for the mistake) to Jensen Automotive and within 5 minutes Ron was at the scene unlocking my car. He charged nearly 56% less than leading competition in River Falls, WI for this service.
I can sum this up in one sentence. Ron has the best BUSINESS ETHIC I have ever seen in the automotive repair industry. I've been dealing with mechanics for about 50 years in different states. I hope he stays small.
Great place. It is a little off the beaten path and might look a little skeptical at first, but they have great customer service and great prices. They won't steer you wrong, no pune intended. Highly recommend
