customer service is horrible. they wrecked my car i highly highly suggest no never ever go here if you value your car. just a bunch of hole in the wall mechanics who dont know nothing about cars. they just wanna take your money n leave you wondering why the heck your car dont work all of a sudden. if you are smart at all i would not go to moodys for anything.

Mr. Moody that receptionist is giving your company a bad name. Several other people in River Falls share my sentiment.

Now I understand needing an appointment, especially during the holidays, but I don't understand why the receptionist was being so rude. She was treating us like 2nd class citizens because we were unfamiliar with their protocol and I can't help but wonder why I wasn't asked to make an appointment last night when I called. If the receptionist who I talked to on the phone is the same person who "helped" us at the front desk, the owners should know that she is extremely rude, is no help, and is somewhat incompetent. I will never go to Moody's ever again if I can help it because of that woman. Swede's not only agreed to take a look at the car on a busy day, they didn't even charge us to take a look and they were extremely kind and understanding.

I met the owner Bobby Moody in college and he was a really nice guy. I found out a few weeks ago that he was now running the family business, so I figured they'd be a good place to try out. Last night I called Moody's and told them that I was having problems with my vehicle and that I would bring it in before work the following day. She said okay and I said see you tomorrow. The next day my girlfriend and I went in to have the car looked at and the first thing the receptionist said to us was "WHAT DO YOU NEED!?" my girlfriend kindly responded that we had a Focus that was making weird noises. "DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?!" I said "No I called last night and no one told me I needed and appointment.""WELL YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT" My girlfriend asked when we could get an appointment and the receptionist just looked at us like we were stupid and said probably not for a couple of weeks. She didn't bother to look at the schedule or talk to the shop or anything to try and help us.

Purchased a shed which needed a warrantied window repair. Kevin said he would take care of it. 4 months later and several phone conversations, he decided to have me do his job and follow up on the warranty issue. Thanks Kevin. Happy to see you made money on this transaction. Won't both to buy the next shed from Moody's

Well I brought my car here and was amazed by the Customer relation I got. Things were confusing in the beginning of my experience but they were so happy to help me get it done quickly. Thank you for making me feel a lot better about your company. You have an outstanding employee. I would recommend this place for a personable experience.

Great service and stuff! Bobby is a great person to work with!
