Two of my kids are on a competitive mountain biking team. I've bought a bike from CrankWorx, accessories, and have had some repairs done as well.

UPDATE: Isaac volunteered to refund my payment entirely despite the fact that I contacted him and asked for less (I asked for a 50% refund). While I still cannot approve of the some of the work performed on my bike, I can definitely approve of the way Isaac resolved the issue beyond my request. Nice gesture.
On the plus side of things, I found Isaac to be very friendly and accommodating. I hired him to build up a portion of my new bike from a bare frame. Unfortunately, after returning home (60 miles away), I noticed both the crank set and chainring had not been tightened (they were literally about to fall off) so I called Isaac to talk about this, only to be told he was busy with another customer. Ultimately, I had to visit a local bike shop and borrow a tool to tighten/torque things myself. When I called Isaac back to tell him what happened, and how much extra time it cost me, I thought he might offer a partial refund as a gesture...but he did not. Unfortunately, I cannot write a positive review of CrankWorx because of this. C-grade from me.
Outstanding service. Because it's a small business, locally owned and not a chain...you receive personal and excellent service. Highly recommend this shop if you are a biker at any level
In spring of 2017 I purchased a new Townie Go E Bike. Isaac was more than helpful in assuring I was getting a bike I would like and let me take test rides as much as I wanted. The price was more than competitive and he set the bike up perfectly. It as served me perfectly since I brought it home 7 months with zero problems or feed back. I brought it in for the free post sale checkout but there was very little to be adjusted. I ride it at least three times a week in addition to using it as a "trainer" in my garage while the weather was still too cold. I have visited Isaac at his shop for advice and accessories many times and have always been treated as a friend. I highly recommend Isaac, his skills and shop.
